Avi Katz, a Memphis native, has been passionate about cooking since age three and started his culinary journey early with a soup business at 10. He honed his skills in professional kitchens, becoming a Sous-Chef at 18 and winning the Kosher Masters Competition at 19. Avi later worked at the David Citadel Hotel in Israel before transitioning to private chef services, where he has been able to use his creativity, designing custom menus and delivering tailored culinary experiences. With a focus on inspiring others through cooking, Avi has quickly become one of the most sought-after kosher chefs in the industry.
